About Course

Fitness routines fail at some point because they become monotonous. In this fitness program, we mix up dance moves every day so that each day is new and exciting. From Bhangra to Zumba and back to desi Bollywood beats we take you through alternating sessions so that every muscle group is worked. For instance, the Mat training starts with the core, moves to the shoulders and extends to the leg muscles. 

This 6-month fitness training program, taking place 5 days a week is meant for anyone who wants an effective workout that is refreshingly different. With the right number of repetitions and volume, our program ensures you will not be overburdened and in the process, burnout.
