Infyni is hiring an experienced and proactive professional for its Gurugram office to manage academic operations, team coordination, training delivery support, and client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong operational and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to handle client meetings, business discussions, and operational responsibilities professionally. 

• Manage daily operations, office administration, floor management, and team coordination.

• Coordinate with instructors, trainers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

• Manage course schedules, training batches, operational trackers, reports, and follow-ups.

• Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely completion of pending tasks.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and inperson meetings.

• Travel to client locations across India, as required, for business meetings, relationship management, and deal coordination. Official travel expenses will be covered by the company.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of commitments.
