Studies in the domain indicate that teachers are not able to follow effective use of Five Pedagogy Standards/Techniques. This situation leads to compromised learning outcomes at students’ level and leads to under-performance & low productivity. 

The 5 Pedagogy Standards are : 

JPA – Joint Productive Activity

LLD – Language and Literacy Development

MM – Making Meaning

CT – Complex thinking

IC – Instructional Conversation

As a core objective towards improve pedagogy adherence & learning outcomes, our Faculty Development Program will focus on achieving the following objectives: 

1. Technical Knowledge upgradation on latest and complex software technologies by engaging renowned, globally-accredited Industry Professionals.

2. The faculties will have better clarity about the industry and the latest software technologies needed for the job markets.

3. Apart from cognitive (technical content part), faculties will be equipped with effective training in communication. Meaningful impact on skill, approach and perspectives. 

4. The instructors will have a larger perspective in the teaching & academia domain and associated market and industry linkages towards improving their market value.

5. Faculties will have strong clarity on Pedagogy (Science of teaching), how to make teaching powerful, impactful and results oriented.

6. The faculties will have sound clarity about principles and application part of pedagogy.

7. The teachers will be able to understand dynamics and determinants of human behaviour and personality development to make their teaching influential towards improving learning outcomes.

8. The faculties will be able to understand and apply Communication Dynamics towards developing themselves as a keen, effective and powerful communicator.

9. Lifestyle modification, self-management, improved motivation and energy towards achieving a state of well-being also will be part of curriculum.

10. Faculties will be able to understand and apply adult’s vs Child Learning/Behavioural Principles with focus on participatory learning techniques.

11. In totality, there will be a positive shift/fortification in the personality of faculties as they will have live examples of soft skills, emotional intelligence, empathy and human approach of people/students’ management.
