AP FICO, which stands for Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), is one of the most widely used modules within the SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. It is designed to support financial processes and reporting in organizations. SAP FICO integration enables seamless management of financial transactions, financial reporting, and internal/external accounting processes.
General Ledger (GL):
- Manages the organization's primary accounting records.
- Tracks financial transactions, such as revenue, expenses, and balance sheet items.
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Manages outgoing payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Tracks and processes invoices, manages payments, and maintains accurate vendor records.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
